Jerusalem: A 110-sq.m. four-room, sixth floor apartment with a 17.5-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator, and double underground parking space on Zevulun Hammer St. in Kiryat Leum opposite Binyanei Haooma was sold for NIS 3.23 million (Eliezer Even Properties). A 73-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment, with a storage room, elevator and two parking spaces on Moshe Kol St. in Ramat Beit Hakerem was sold for NIS 2.03 million. A 80-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with a balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Harav Uziel St. in Bayit Vegan was sold for NIS 2.47 million (Anglo-Saxon). A renovated158-sq.m., six-room, second floor apartment with a 40-sq.m. balcony, storage room, and parking on Givat Canada St. in Gilo was sold for NIS 2.3 million (RE/MAX-Hazon).
Efrat: A 130-sq.m., five-room, ground floor garden apartment with a 50-sq.m. garden with no parking on Hagefen St. was sold for NIS 1.6 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 60-sq.m. 2.5-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Ha'amal St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.32 million (RE/MAX-Spirit). A 78-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and shared parking on Harav Landres St. was sold for NIS 1.35 million (RE/MAX-Focus).
Modi'in: A 130-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with a 14-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Migdal Yam St. in the Evnei Chen neighborhood in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.83 million. A 162-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with a storage room, elevator and parking on nahal Ayon St. in the Nahalim neighborhood in the city center was sold for NIS 1.67 million. A 110-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Emek Ha'Ela St. in the Kramim neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.66 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Beersheva and the south
Beersheva: A 127-sq.m. four-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Avraham Mapu St. in the Neve Zeev neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.05 million. A 60-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hatalmud St. in the Daled neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 415,000. A 100-sq.m., four-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Michael Hazani St. in the Yud Aleph neighborhood was sold for NIS 830,000 (RE/MAX-plus).

Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 100-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment on Ha'Eshel St. in the north of the city was leased for NIS 4,800 per month. A 100-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment on Shilo St. in the north of the city was leased for NIS 4,914 per month (RE/MAX-100%).
Givatayim: A 105-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Raines St. was leased for NIS 3,000 per month (RE/MAX-100%).
