A selection of the latest real estate deals in Israel including in Herzliya, Ra'anana, Hod Hasharon, Bat Yam and Beersheva.

Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Herzliya: A 130-sq.m. five-room, second floor apartment with a security room, 12-sq.m. balcony, 6-sq.m. storage room, part of a TAMA 38 project, with an elevator and parking on Malkaei Yisrael St. in Herzliya Hayaroka was sold for NIS 2.71 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Ra'anana: A 117-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment, with a 5-sq.m. balcony on Hagalil St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.96 million. A 130-sq.m., four-room, fifth floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and parking on Hativa Givati St. was sold for NIS 2.17 million (RE/MAX-ONE).

Hod Hasharon: A 99-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Reut St. in the Magdiel neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.48 million. A 350-sq.m., five-room house in a 350-sq.m. lot with a storage room and parking on Hanna Senesh St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 3.85 million. A 195-sq.m., six-room house on a 250-sq.m. lot with parking on David Elazar St. in the eastern part of the city was sold for NIS 2.93 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Bat Yam: A 55-sq.m., 2.5-room, third floor apartment with no elevator on Yerushalaim St. was sold for NIS 1.08 million. A 70-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with no elevator on Henrietta Szold St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.09 million. A renovated 65-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hashlosha St. in the Amidar neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.18 million. A 75-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with an elevator on Hashmonaim St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.33 million (Psagot Real Estate).

Beersheva and the south
Beersheva: A 118-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Nachum Goldman St. in the Ramot neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.08 million. A 60-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hatalmor St. in the daled neighborhood was sold for NIS 380,000. A 60-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Shprinzak St. in the Dalet neighborhood was sold for NIS 415,000. A 130-sq.m., four-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Nahum Goldman St. in the Ramot neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.03 million (RE/MAX- Plus).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 50-sq.m. two-room, ground floor apartment with no parking on Avtalyon St. in the north of the city was leased for NIS 3,000 per month (RE/MAX-100%).
