Tel Aviv-Jaffa: A 70-sq.m. 2.5-room, first floor apartment with a 5-sq.m. balcony, no elevator, and no parking in need of partial renovation on Bari St. near Kikar Hamedina was sold for NIS 2.97 million. A 47-sq.m., 2.5-room, first floor apartment with an 8-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Markolet St. in the south of the city near the Levinsky market was sold for NIS 1.93 million. A 58-sq.m., three-room, ground floor apartment with a 15-sq.m. balcony, no elevator and no parking on Harav Rubinstein St. in Jaffa was sold for NIS 1.1 million. A 68-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with a 2-sq.m. balcony, no elevator and no parking on Baal Hatorim St. was sold for NIS 1.62 million (Rosio). A 120-sq.m., 3.5-room second floor apartment on Yisrael Guri St. in Kiryat Shalom in the south of the city was sold for NIS 2 million (RE/MAX-Ocean).
Ashdod: A 110-sq.m. four-room, fifth floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Yehosophat Hamelekh St. in the Yud Gimmel neighborhood in the southeast of the city was sold for NIS 1.35 million. A 53-sq.m. two-room, third floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Harav Kuk St. in the Bet neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 717,000. A 132-sq.m. five-room, fourth floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony , two elevators and parking on Haatzmaut St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.85 million. A 83-sq.m three-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Yehosophat Hamelekh St. in the Yud Gimmel neighborhood in the southeast of the city was sold for NIS 1.25 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Dimona: A 110-sq.m. five-room, fourth floor apartment on Herzl St. in the city center was sold for NIS 690,000. A 100-sq.m. four-room, semi-detached house on a 250-sq.m. lot on Harduf Nahalim St. in the neve Horesh neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 980,000 (RE/MAX-Nova).

Tel Aviv: A 60-sq.m. two-room, eighth floor apartment with a 100-sq.m. roof on Yehuda Barzilai St. in the north of the city was leased for NIS 5,500 per month (RE/MAX-Ocean).
Ramat Gan:A 110-sq.m., 4.5-room, third floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Mavo Zeev St. in the north of the city was leased for NIS 5,700 per month. A 75-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hayarden St. was leased for NIS 4,000 per month (RE/MAX-Focus).
Modi'in:A 160-sq.m., six-room, second floor garden duplex with two 30-sq.m. balconies, 100-sq.m. garden, storage room, two covered parking spaces but no elevator on Nahar Hayarden St. in the Massua neighborhood was leased for NIS 6,500 per month (Shumacher Real Estate).
