Tel Aviv:A 78-sq.m., 3-room, third floor apartment on Sheshet Hayamin St. in the Kfar Shalem neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.28 million. An 88-sq.m., 4-room, second floor apartment on Avital St. in the Hatikva neighborhood in the southern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.3 million. An 80-sq.m., 3-room, fifth floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Zeitlin St. was sold for NIS 3.47 million. An 82-sq.m., 4-room, third floor apartment with a security room, an elevator and parking on Pri Megadim St. in the Nechalat Yitzhak neighborhood in the eastern part of the city was sold for NIS 2.3 million. A 61-sq.m., 2-room, furnished second floor apartment on Haim Laskov St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.32 million (Re/Max-Diamond).
Givatayim:An 85-sq.m., 3-room, first floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Shenkin St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.7 million. An 82-sq.m., 4-room, first floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Ma'ayan St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2 million. A 60-sq.m., 2.5-room, first floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Shenkin St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.5 million. A 115-sq.m., 5-room, third floor roof apartment with a 60 sq.m. roof balcony, three parking spaces, a storage room and an elevator on Arlozerov St. in the city center was sold for NIS 3.27 million (Anglo-Saxon). A 103-sq.m., 4-room, third floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Nitzana St. was sold for NIS 2.58 million (Re/Max-Diamond).
Netanya:An 154-sq.m., 4.5-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and covered parking on Matityahu Dankner St. in the western part of the city was sold for NIS 3.36 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Beersheva and the south
Arad:A 180-sq.m., 6-room home on a 500 sq.m. plot with covered parking on Hasida St. in the northern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.32 million. A 120-sq.m., 5-room, seventh floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Moav St. in the eastern part of the city was sold for NIS 510,000. A 130-sq.m., 4-room, second floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Hakanaim St. in the western part of the city was sold for NIS 695,000. A 168-sq.m., 7-room, semi-detached home on a 250 sq.m. lot with parking and a 7 sq.m. balcony on Efroni St. in the northern part of the city was sold for NIS 940,000. A 95-sq.m., 4.5-room, second floor apartment with a 5 sq.m. balcony, no parking or elevator on Shimon St. in the city center was sold for NIS 450,000 (Anglo-Saxon).

Ramat Gan:An 80-sq.m., 3.5-room, fourth floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Habiluim St. was leased for NIS 4,200. A 68-sq.m., 3-room, second floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Neve Yehoshua St. was leased for NIS 4,900. An 80-sq.m., 3-room, first floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Nordau St. was leased for NIS 4,500 (Re/Max-Focus).
