Tel Aviv:A 48-sq.m., 2.5-room, second floor apartment with unrealized building rights on the roof, no parking and no elevator on Kaminka St. in the Kiryat Shalom neighborhood in the southern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.58 million. An 80-sq.m., 4-room, fourth floor apartment with parking, an elevator and an 11 sq.m. balcony on Ha'aliya St. in the Florentin neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.5 million. A 92-sq.m., 4-room, fourth floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Sela Yaakov St. in the Nir Aviv neighborhood in the southern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.43 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Holon:An 80-sq.m., 3-room, third floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Eilat St. in the western part of the city was sold for NIS 1.12 million (Re/Max-Focus). An 80-sq.m., 3-room, renovated first floor apartment with no elevator on Haarava St. in the western part of the city was sold for NIS 1.24 million. A 145-sq.m., 5-room, seventh floor penthouse not facing the street with a 50 sq.m. balcony, an elevator and a covered parking on Alufei Zahal St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.05 million. A 100-sq.m., 4-room, ground floor apartment on Lehi St. in the Tel Giborim neighborhood in the northwestern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.33 million (Re/Max-Avenue). An 85-sq.m., 4-room, first floor apartment with underground parking, an elevator and an 8 sq.m. balcony, over a commercial floor, on Dov Hoz Ave. in the western part of the city was sold for NIS 1.31 million A 60-sq.m., 2.5-room, first floor renovated apartment with no parking or elevator on Hatzfira St. was sold for NIS 1.16 million. A 90-sq.m., 3-room, non-renovated second floor apartment facing the street with an elevator but no parking on Sokolov St. in the Agrobank neighborhood in the northern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.19 million (Eran Drori Real Estate).
Netanya:An 131-sq.m., 4-room, tenth floor apartment with a 12 sq.m. balcony, double parking and an elevator on Hagara St. in the Ramat Hen neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.9 million. A 160-sq.m., 5-room, renovated sixth floor penthouse with a 50 sq.m. balcony, parking and an elevator on Petah Tikva St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2 million. A 117-sq.m., 3.5-room, second floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Herzl St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.14 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Beer Yaakov:An 190-sq.m., 5-room penthouse with a 93 sq.m. balcony, double parking and a storage room on Topaz St. was sold for NIS 2.85 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Ramat Gan:A 70-sq.m., 2.5-room, first floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Haroe St. was leased for NIS 3,400. A 100-sq.m., 4-room, fourth floor apartment with parking and an elevator in a new building on Uziel St. was leased for NIS 6,300. An 80-sq.m., 3.5-room, fourth floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Habiluim St. was leased for NIS 4,200 (Re/Max-Focus).
