Tel Aviv and central region
Holon: A 80-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with an elevator on Zee Jabotinsky St. in the Agrobank neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.45 million. A 100-sq.m., 4.5-room, fourth floor roof apartment with a 60-sq.m. roof on Mesilat ha'Olim st. in the Jesse Cohen neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.8 million. A partially renovated 170-sq.m., six-room house on a 280-sq.m. lot on Michel St. in the Neve Arazim neighborhood in the city center was sold for NIS 3 million (Eran Drori Real Estate). A 50-sq.m., 2.5-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Yermiyahu St. was sold for NIS 1.09 million. A 100-sq.m., four-room, fourth and fifth floor duplex roof apartment with a 60-sq.m. roof, storage room, security room, elevator and parking on Bialik St. was sold for NIS 1.9 million (RE-MAX - Avnion).
Ra'anana: A 300-sq.m. seven-room house on a 330-sq.m. lot with parking on Atarot St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 5.45 million. A 145-sq.m., five-room, third floor apartment with an elevator, and parking on Halotus St. in the southwest of the city was sold for NIS 2.46 million. A 121-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with a 8-sq.m. balcony, security room, elevator and parking on Hamered St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.95 million (RE-MAX - ONE).
Rehovot: A renovated 74-sq.m. three-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Derekh Yavne was sold for NIS 1.23 million. A 86-sq.m., three-room house on a 822-sq.m. lot with building rights and parking on Haim orbach St. in the Vatikim neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.95 million. A 117-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with a storage room, elevator and covered parking on Menuchla Menachla St. was sold for NIS 1.64 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Eilat: A 150-sq.m. five-room apartment on one of the higher floors, with a balcony overlooking the Red Sea, swimming pool and fitness room in the building on Hahashmonaim St. in the Shachmon neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.2 million.

Netanya: A 100-sq.m. four-room, fourth floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and covered parking on Ben-Avi St. in the city center was leased for NIS 4,600 per month. A 135-sq.m., five-room, 14th floor apartment with a 13-sq.m. balcony, storage room, two parking places and fitness room in the building on Ehud Manor St. in the Ir Yamim neighborhood was leased for NIS 7,020 per month. A 125-sq.m. five-room, third floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Benny Binyamin st. in the Galei Yam neighborhood in the west of the city was leased for NIS 5,200 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
