A 120-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with a 50-sq.m. roof balcony with parking but no elevator on Bitzaron St. in the Bitzaron neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.39 million. A 130-sq.m., three-room, ground floor garden apartment with a 30-sq.m. garden on Bitzaron St. in the Bitzaron neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.1 million. A 270-sq.m., five-room house on a 325-sq.m. lot with parking on Tvuot Haaretz St. in the Dan neighborhood was sold for NIS 5.35 million. A 162-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with a 14-sq.m. balcony with an elevator and parking on Patchia Morganshberg St. in the Dan neighborhood was sold for NIS 5.37 million. A 77-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Haim Levanon St. in Ramat Aviv was sold for NIS 2.4 million. A 111-sq.m., 4.5-room, third floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Levi Eshkol Boulevard in New Ramat Aviv was sold for NIS 3.65 million (Anglo-Saxon). A renovated 76-sq.m., three-room garden apartment with an 80-sq.m. garden, no elevator and no parking on Olei Hagardom St. in Ramat Hahayal was sold for NIS 2.65 million.
Kfar Saba: A 220-sq.m. seven-room house in a 375-sq.m. lot on Marcus St. in the Vatikim neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 3 million. A 98-sq.m., 3.5-room, fifth floor apartment on Bark St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.36 million. A 114-sq.m., 3.5-room, fifth floor apartment with a sun balcony, security room, and parking on Emek Iron St. in the New Hadarim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.64 million. A 165-sq.m., five-room, fourth floor duplex apartment with two balconies of 10-sq.m. and 30-sq.m., a security room, storage room and three parking places on Hayedid St. in the Hatzrot Hadar neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.91 million. A renovated135-sq.m., five-room, first floor apartment on Hameyasdim St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.78 million (RE-MAX/ONE).

Hadera: A 90-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with no elevator was leased for NIS 4,000 per month. A 150-sq.m. five-room house on a 400-sq.m. lot with parking was leased for NIS 6,000 per month. (RE-MAX/MIKSOANIM).
