Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 120-sq.m. four-room, single floor house on a 460-sq.m. lot with building rights for an additional 80-sq.m. and parking on Adirim St. in Tzahala was sold for NIS 4.9 million.
Kfar Saba: A 270-sq.m., seven-room, semi-detached house with a 55-sq.m. basement, and security room with a 100-sq.m. garden on Har Atzmon St. in the eastern part of the city was sold for NIS 3.42 million. A 169-sq.m., five-room, first floor apartment with a balcony, parking and storage room on Nachshon St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.3 million. A 94-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Emek Horon St. in the Neve Hadarim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.67 million. A 108-sq.m., four-room, ground floor apartment on Mor Street in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.35 million. A 130-sq.m., five-room, fifth floor garden apartment with a 56-sq.m. roof area with an elevator and parking was sold for NIS 1.81 million (RE/MAX-ONE).
Ness Ziona: A 104-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Tabor St. in the Savionei Hapark neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.65 million. A 172-sq.m., 5.5-room, fifth floor penthouse with an elevator, storage room, and parking on Tel Aviv St. was sold for NIS 2.4 million. A 200-sq.m., seven-room house on a 284-sq.m. lot with double parking on Shunit St. in the Hadarei Semel neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.8 million. A 127-sq.m., five-room, fifth floor apartment with a balcony, storage room, and double parking on Moshe Lerer St. was sold for NIS 2.21 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Holon: A 90-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with parking on Sha'ar Ha'aryot St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.36 million. A renovated 50-sq.m., three-room apartment with a balcony on Hama'apilim St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.07 million (RE/MAX).

Mevasseret Zion: A 85-sq.m. 3.5-room, fourth floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and parking on Har Meron St. was leased for NIS 4,600 per month (Anglo-Saxon).

Ramat Gan: A renovated 70-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Hibat Zion St. was leased for NIS 4,300 per month. A 100-sq.m., four-room, two-floor house with a 100-sq.m. garden on Havatzelet St. was leased for NIS 6,500 per month (RE/MAX-Focus).
Ashdod: A 105-sq.m., four-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Haim Moshe Shapira St. was leased for NIS 3,700 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
