Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Ra'anana: A 108-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with a 10-sq.m. balcony, 6.5-sq.m. storage room, elevator and parking on Mordechai Anilevich St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.49 million. A 140-sq.m., five-room, first floor apartment with a storage room, elevator and parking on Har Sinai St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.52 million (Levy Yitzhak). A renovated 168-sq.m., five-room, third floor penthouse apartment on Bar Ilan St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.42 million. A renovated 155-sq.m., five-room, second floor apartment on Moshe Sneh St. in the Lev Hapark neighborhood in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 2.92 million. A 75-sq.m. two-room, third floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and parking with a fitness room and swimming pool in the building on Haprachim St. in the southwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.63 million. A 133-sqm., four-room, sixth floor apartment with two sun balconies, a storage room, elevator and two parking spaces on Haprachim St. in the southwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.96 million (RE/MAX-ONE).

Petah Tikva: A 75-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Haim Ozer St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.07 million. A 75-sq.m., 3.5-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Herzl St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.15 million. A 70-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hacongress St. was sold for NIS 1.03 million. A 78-sq.m. 3.5-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Yitzhak Ben-David St. in the Mahane Yehuda neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.1 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rehovot: A 114-sq.m. five-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator and two parking spaces on Habustanai St. in the northeast of the city was sold for NIS 1.95 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Haifa and the north
Kiryat Motzkin: A 115-sq.m., 3.5-room, third floor apartment on Aharon St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 910,000. A 110-sq.m., four-room, eleventh floor apartment with a balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Yitzhak Ben-Zvi St. in the Neve Ganim neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.2 million. A 125-sq.m. four-room, fourth floor apartment with a balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Zevulun Hammer St. in the Neve Ganim neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.28 million (RE/MAX-Family).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Hasharon: A 145-sq.m. five-room, sixth floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony was leased for NIS 8,000 per month (Ofek Real Estate).
Ness Ziona: A 64-sq.m., three-room, fourth floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Negba St. was leased for NIS 2,200 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
