Givatayim: A 112-sq.m. five-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Achdut Ha'avoda St. was sold for NIS 2.65 million. A 116-sq.m., five room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hashomer St. was sold for NIS 3.25 million. A 120-sq.m., 3.5-room, third floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Hatzanchanim St. was sold for NIS 2.6 million (RE/MAX-100%).
Modi'in: A 105-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with a balcony, storage room, and parking on Emek Beit Shean St. in the Hamaginim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.67 million (Schumacher Real estate). A 140-sq.m., five-room, second floor apartment with a 30-sq.m. balcony on Yigal Yadin St. in the Hamaginim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.94 million. A 109-sq.m., 3.5-room apartment with a storage room and parking on Emek Hahula St. in the Hanachlim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.49 million. A 160-sq.m., 4.5-room apartment with a 35-sq.m. balcony and two parking spaces On Shoshan Tzhor St. in the Haprachim neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.15 million. A 165-sq.m., 5.5-room, third floor penthouse apartment with an elevator and parking on Taltan St. in the Haprachim neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.32 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Or Yehuda: A 100-sq.m. four-room, eleventh floor apartment with an elevator and parking space on Hatzafrir St. in the Neve Rabin neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.61 million. A 117-sq.m. four-room, eighth floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and parking on Nitzan St. in the Neve Rabin neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.72 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Hadera: A 73-sq.m. three-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hativat Hanachal St. in the Park neighborhood was sold for NIS 880,000. A135-sq.m. five-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hayarden St. in the Park neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.4 million (RE/MAX-Hamiktzoanim).

Kiryat Bialik: A 150-sq.m., six-room house with a 50-sq.m. garden, storage room and parking on Zinger St. was sold for 1.62 million. A 91-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator on Hapalmach St. was sold for NIS 740,000 (RE/MAX-Family).

Dimona: A 98-sq.m. 3.5-room, first floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony and parking on Jerusalem Boulevard in the Mamashit neighborhood was sold for NIS 940,000.

Jerusalem: A 111-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with a balcony, storage room, elevator and two parking spaces on Herzl Boulevard in the Beit Hakerem neighborhood was leased for NIS 7,750 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 113-sq.m. 3.5-room second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Moshe Dayan St. in the Neve Yehoshua neighborhood was leased for NIS 4,800 per month. A 60-sq.m., 2.5-room first floor apartment with no parking and no elevator on Haroeh St. in the city center was leased for NIS 3,700 per month (RE/MAX-Focus).
