A 80-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Amikam St. was sold for NIS 1.61 million. A 78-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with an elevator, and shared parking on Harav Landras St. was sold for NIS 1.35 million (RE/MAX-Focus).
Ness Ziona: A 135-sq.m., five-room, second floor apartment with a 65-sq.m. balcony, elevator and two parking spaces on Haminyan Harishon St. in the southwest of the city was sold for NIS 2.65 million. A 164-sq.m., five-room, fifth floor penthouse apartment with an elevator and double parking on Rothschild St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.41 million. A 160-sq.m., six-room, second floor apartment with a 24-sq.m. balcony, and two parking spaces on Hatabor St. in the Savionei Park neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 2.26 million. A 110-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with a 15-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on David Elazar St. in the Lev Hamoshava neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.68 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Kfar Saba: A 127-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Rothschild St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.73 million (Re/MAX-ONE). A 119-sq.m. 3.5-room, fourth-floor apartment, with a security room, parents unit, and parking on Emek Iron St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.75 million. A renovated 108-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator, and parking on Haemek St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.73 million (RE/MAX-ONE).
