Second-hand apartments sold

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 115-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with a balcony, storage room, but no parking and no elevator on Hahayil St. in French Hill was sold for NIS 1.72 million. A 51-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with no parking and no elevator on Harav Herzog St. in the Rassco neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.44 million. A 80-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with a balcony but no parking and no elevator on Amatzia St. in the German Colony was sold for NIS 2.2 million. A 155-sq.m., 6.5-room, first floor garden apartment with a 60-sq.m. balcony, and 30-sq.m. garden with parking but no elevator on Hehalutz St. in Beit Hakerem was sold for NIS 4.4 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Beit Shemesh: A 120-sq.m. five-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Rabbi Yehuda Hanasi St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.75 million. A 75-sq.m. 3.5-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Hadekel Boulevard in the south of the city was sold for NIS 870,000. A 130-sq.m. five-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Yehezkel Hanavi St. in Ramat Beit Shemesh Gimmel was sold for NIS 1.52 million. A 83-sq.m., three-room, fourth floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Nahal Timna St. In Ramat Beit Shemesh Aleph was sold for NIS 1.15 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A renovated 120-sq.m. five-room, sixth floor apartment with a balcony, storage room and two parking spaces on Bilvia Maoz St. in the North start neighborhood was sold for NIS 4 million.

Holon: A 70-sq.m. three-room, forst floor apartment on Hasdai St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.26 million. A 105-sq.m., four-room, eighth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hazit Hamesh St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.64 million (RE/MAX).

Hadera: A 157-sq.m. six-room house with a storage room and parking on Hashita St. in the Brandeis neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.84 million. A 132-sq.m., five-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hativa Hanahal St. in the Park neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.33 million. A 110-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with parking on Hagiborim St. was sold for NIS 850,000. A 127-sq.m. six-room house with a storage room and parking on Eilat St. in the Beit Eliezer neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.44 million (RE/MAX-Miktzoanim).

Jerusalem: a 93-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with a storage room, elevator and two parking spaces on Herzl Boulevard in Beit Hakerem was leased for NIS 6,500 per month (Anglo-Saxon)
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 100-sq.m. four-room, fifth floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Nardiman St. in the city center was leased for NIS 6,500 per month (RE/MAX-Focus).
