Tel Aviv and central region
Modi'in: A 86-sq.m. four-room, ground floor apartment with a 10-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Nahar Hayarden St. in the Massua neighborhood in the city center was sold for NIS 1.81 million (Schumacher Real Estate).

Kfar Saba: A 126-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and underground parking on Aharonovich St. was sold for NIS 1.5 million. A 160-sq.m., five-room, fifth floor partly renovated apartment with a 20-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Hacarmel St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.78 million. A 56-sq.m., two-room, fourth floor apartment on Mivtza Yonatan St. was sold for NIS 1.01 million. A renovated 127-sq.m., five-room, second floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and parking on Hagalil St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.87 million. A 127-sq.m., five-room garden apartment with a 104-sq.m. garden on Ben Gurion St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.15 million (RE/MAX-ONE).

Ashdod: A 85-sq.m. three-room, eighth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Kikar Segal St. in the Heh Quarter in the city center was sold for NIS 1.04 million. A 179-sq.m., five-room, third floor apartment with a 20-sq,m, balcony, elevator and parking on Exodus St. in the Marina neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 2.25 million. A 117-sq.m.,four-room, fifth floor apartment with a 6-sq.m. balcony, two elevators and underground parking on Tashach St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.55 million. A 120-sq.m. four-room garden apartment with a 120-sq.m. garden, elevator and parking on Ha'atzmaut St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.98 million. A 78-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Calanit St. in the Chet neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.1 million. A 140-sq.m., five-room, third floor apartment with a 10-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Adar St. in the Yud Bet neighborhood in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.83 million. A 114-sq.m., five room, second floor apartment with a 10-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Wolfson St. in the Tet Vav neighborhood in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.77 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rentals

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 160-sq.m. five-room, seventh floor mini-penthouse with a 40-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Hanasi Hashishi St. in the Kiryat Leum near Binyanei Ha'ooma was leased for NIS 9,300 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
Mevasseret Zion: A 142-sq.m. four-room, ground floor garden apartment with a 70-sq.m. garden, storage room, parking but no elevator on Carmel St. in the Heh neighborhood in the north of the town was leased for NIS 6,200 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
