Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A renovated 66-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment in a building slated for preservation with no elevator and no parking on Frug St. in the city center was sold for NIS 3.15 million. A renovated 70-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Trumpledor St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.75 million (RE/MAX-Ocean). A 110-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and two parking spaces on Aharon Becker St. in Tel Baruch in North Tel Aviv was sold for NIS 3.12 million (Great Land).
Herzliya: A 135-sq.m. four-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hashoftim St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 2.52 million. A 100-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Adas St. was sold for NIS 2.63 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Netanya: A 71-sq.m. three-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator ansd parking on Harav Ben-Meir St. was sold for NIS 1.07 million. A 105-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with a 6-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Reuven St. in the Kiryat Hasharon neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.42 million. A 106-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator and underground parking on Jewish Brigade St. in the Gal Yam neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.6 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Beersheva and the south
Beersheva: A 90-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment on Rahavat Hashilo St. in the Yud Aleph neighborhood was sold for NIS 630,000. A 60-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment on Shaul Hamelekh St. was sold for NIS 570,000. A 140-sq.m., five-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Yohanna Jabotinsky St. was sold for NIS 1.17 million. A 100-sq.m. four-room, eighth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Mordechai Namir St. in the Yud Aleph neighborhood was sold for NIS 710,000 (Re/MAX-Plus).

Tel Aviv: A 82-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment in need of renovation on Moshe Ben Ezra St. in in Old North Tel Aviv was leased for NIS 6,500 per month.
Ramat Gan: A 95-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Krenitzi St. was leased for NIS 5,000 per month. A 110-sq.m., 4.5-room, third floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Mavo Zeev St. in the north of the city was leased for NIS 5,700 per month. A 75-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with no parking and no elevator on Hayarden St. was leased for NIS 4,000 per month (Re/MAX-Focus).
