Second-hand apartments sold

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 90-sq.m. 4.5-room, first floor apartment, with parking but no elevator on Mishmar Ha'Am St. in Old Katamon was sold for NIS 2.77 million. A 109-sq.m., five-room, ground floor garden apartment with a 44-sq.m. garden and 16-sq.m. balcony with no elevator and no parking on Mordechai Elkakhy St. in Armon Hanatziv was sold for NIS 2.3 million. A 82-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Levy Eshkol St. in Ramat Eshkol was sold for NIS 2.3 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv:A 65-sq.m., 2.5-room, ground floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Mahanei Yosef St. in Neve Tzedek was sold for NIS 2.75 million. A 60-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Tzukerman St. in the Neve Eliezer neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.4 million. A 65-sq.m., three-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Hahaganah St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.6 million (RE-MAX - Ocean). A 70-sq.m., three-room, ground floor garden apartment with rights to build up to 130-sq.m. on Kehilat Warsaw St. in Hadar Yosef in the northeast of the city was sold for NIS 2.68 million.

Gedera:A 138-sq.m. four-room duplex apartment with two balconies and two parking spaces on Tzaala St. in the Gedera Hatzeira neighborhood in the south of the town was sold for NIS 1.64 million. A 169-sq.m., six-room semi-detached house in a 284-sq.m. lot with two covered parking spaces on Harotem St. was sold for NIS 2.33 million (RE-MAX - Deluxe).

Arad: A 130-sq.m. five-room, seventh floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Maon St. in the Halamish neighborhood in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 710,000. A 55-sq.m., 2.5-room, third floor apartment with share parking and no elevator was sold for NIS 710,000. A 55-sq.m., 2.5-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Eliezer Ben-Yair St. in the city center was sold for NIS 270,000. A 131-sq.m., five-room house on a 1,000-sq.m. lot on Mivtza Lot St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1 million. A 155-sq.m., five-room house on a 455-sq.m. lot with covered parking on Sayirim St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.04 million. A 60-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and shared parking on Shimon St. in the city center was sold for NIS 350,000 (Anglo-Saxon).

Ramat Gan: A 30-sq.m. 1.5-room, ground floor apartment with parking but no elevator on HaAmal St. in the north of the city was leased for NIS 3,000 per month (RE-MAX - Spirit). A 110-sq.m., five-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Haharuzim St. in the north of the city was leased for NIS 7,000 per month (RE-MAX - 100%).
