A selection of recent real estate deals in Israel in Ma'aleh Adumim, Bat Yam, Bnei Brak, Rehovot, Ganei Tikva, and Akko.

Second-hand apartments sold
Jerusalem and environs
Ma'aleh Adumim: A 113 square meter, three-room, fourth floor apartment on Hashofer Street in the Klei Shir neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.4 million. A 73 square meter, three-room, second floor apartment on Hahalil Street in the Klei Shir neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.6 million. A 153 square meter, six-room, 14th floor apartment on Hametzadim Street in the Hametzadim neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.7 million.

Tel Aviv and central region
Bat Yam: A 88 square meter, three-room, first floor apartment on Harav Kuk Street in the city center was sold for NIS 2.15 million. A 63 square meter, three-room, fifth floor apartment on Hahaganah Street in the city center was sold for NIS 1.85 million. A 127 square meter, five-room, 17th floor apartment on Park Hayam was sold for NIS 3.9 million.

Bnei Brak A 87 square meter, four-room, sixth floor apartment on Hayarkon Street in the north of the city was sold for NIS 2.3 million. A 56 square meter, three-room, second floor apartment on Trumpeldor Street in Pardes Katz was sold for NIS 1.62 million. A 58 square meter, three-room, first floor apartment on Kehila Yaakov Street in the Mercaz Baalei Hamalakha neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.04 million. A 205 square meter, 4.5-room apartment on Avraham Ben David Street near the Givat Shmuel interchange was sold for NIS 3.8 million.

Rehovot A 86 square meter, four-room, fifth floor apartment with parking on Bialer Kalman Street in the Ein Ganim neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.35 million. A 80 square meter, three-room, fourth floor apartment on Batya Makov Street in the city center was sold for NIS 2.31 million. A 158 square meter, six-room, third floor apartment with parking on Eliyahu Glazer Street in the city center was sold for NIS 3.7 million. A 65 square meter, three-room, first floor apartment on Ha'etrog Street in the Oshiot neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.45 million.

Ganei Tikva A 126 square meter, five-room, second floor apartment with a 19 square meter sun balcony, storage room and two parking spaces, a fitness in the apartment block and children's playroom on Derek Hatikvah was sold for NIS 3.9 million (RE/MAX - Platinum).

Haifa and the north
Akko A 130 square meter, four-room fifth floor apartment with parking on Avraham Danino Street in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.59 million. A 85 square meter, three-room, second floor apartment on Yehosafat Street in the city centet was sold for NIS 960,000. A 122 square meter, four-room, sixth floor apartment with parking on Jabotinsky Street in the Kiryat Wolfson neighborhood in the city center was sold for NIS 1.85 million.

All deals were reported on the Israel Tax Authority website.
