The service can examine the profile of any Twitter user to reveal a wide rage of data.

Twitter analytics company twtrland Ltd. has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars in its first financing round from Internet entrepreneur Jeff Pulver and Magma Venture Partners, which led the round.

Eytan and Noam Avigdor founded twtrland in 2011. The company has developed a website that can analyze Twitter data and profiles. The service can examine the profile of any Twitter user to reveal a wide rage of data, such as the average number to tweets and retweets received a day, or the segment of Twitter activity by tweets, responses, or the uploading of images and links, reminders, and retweets.

twtrland also offers access to images, links, responses, check in updates, and retweets of a profile.

The concept underpinning twtrland is to enable the Twitteratti to decide whether they ought to follow a particular profile. In a world saturated with online information and unceasing Twitter updates, twtrland is trying to offer users a Twitter profile analysis in terms of the profile's activity and popularity, and access to his or her latest tweets to obtain a perspective on the profile's areas of interest. The site also provides deeper access to data for people without a Twitter account, exposing them to various tweets on the service.
