Ramat Gan: A 110-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Pinchas Rotenberg St. was sold for NIS 2.05 million. A 100-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hahula St. in the Neve Yehoshua neighborhood was bought for NIS 1.94 million. A 120-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Tel Hai St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.81 million. A 100-sq.m., five-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Shualei Shimshon St. was sold for NIS 2.2 million. A 90-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Haim Landau St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.82 million. A 132-sq.m., five-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Tirza St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.85 million (Anglo-Saxon). A 93-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Negba St. was sold for NIS 1.39 million. A 70-sq.m., two-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hahayil St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.73 million (RE/MAX-100%). A 80-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Amikam st. was sold for NIS 1.61 million (RE/MAX-Focus).
Holon: A 70-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment on Hasdai St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.26 million. A 105-sq.m., four-room, eighth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hazit Hamesh St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.64 million (RE/MAX).
Hod Hasharon: A 270-sq.m. house, six-room house on a 25-sq.m. lot with a basement on Harduf St. was sold for NIS 3.72 million. A 245-sq.m., six-room house on a 300-sq.m. lot with a basement on David Hamelekh St. in the Ephron neighborhood was sold for NIS 4.1 million. A 145-sq.m. four-room house with two parking spaces and a storage room on Dalia St. in the Greenberg neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.67 million (Sharvit Properties).

Tel Aviv: A renovated and furnished 60-sq.m. two-room, sixth floor apartment in the West Sea and Sun project with a 10-sq.m. sun balcony, and parking on Herzl Rosenbloom St. was leased for NIS 12,000 per month.
Hod Hasharon: a 110-sq.m. four-room, fifth floor apartment was leased for NIS 5,200 per month (Sharvit Properties).
Beersheva and the south
Dimona: A 75-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment on Alexandroni St. in the Neve David neighborhood was leased for NIS 1,800 per month (RE/MAX-Nova). A 35-sq.m., two-room, ground floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Uziel St. in the city center was leased for NIS 3,300 per month (RE/MAX-100%).
