Turkey's Ministry of Tourism reports that 38,000 Israelis visited Turkey in August, up 101% from August 2014.

Israeli tourists are again flocking to Turkey. The latest figures published by Turkey's Ministry of Tourism show that 38,000 Israelis visited Turkey in August, up 101% from August 2014, during Operation Protective Edge, and up 30% from August 2013.

Turkey's Ministry of Tourism also reported that 142,356 Israelis have visited the country since the start of 2015, a small rise over the January-August 2014 period.
